What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Failure to give 24-hour notice results in a forfeiture of the gift certificate, or the use of a massage in your package. A 50% charge will be assessed for cancellations made less than the required time frame for all other circumstances.
What if I lost my gift certificate?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We cannot accept or verify lost gift certificates. They are also not redeemable for cash.
What are the Benefits of the membership?
Prioritize your well-being with our monthly membership options:
- $75/month for a 60-minute session
- $105/month for a 90-minute session
Need more relaxation? Members can add extra sessions each month at the same discounted rate:
- Additional 60-minute massage: $75
- Additional 90-minute massage: $105
Unused sessions don’t go to waste—they roll over and accumulate for your convenience. Just be sure to use them within one year, as sessions expire after that time.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Unfortunately, you can’t share it with anyone else, but by having a membership, that person gets a discount of $75 an hour per massage or $105 for 90 minutes. This applies to gift certificates as well.
When does my membership expire?
A year from your purchased date. The same applies to your Massage packages and discounted massages on your profile. You will not be refunded any money for any portion of your unused massages.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. There is a $100 cancellation fee. You will not be refunded any money for any portion of your unused massages
What is your ‘late’ policy?
If you arrive late, your session will end on time. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
What is your Winter Weather Policy?
In the event of inclement weather call before your appointment to be sure we are open. We are closed when there is a level two, we will make every attempt to contact clients if a reschedule is needed but check to be sure. If you feel it is not safe to venture out from your area please call to reschedule, there is no penalty for a late notice when the weather is to blame. I would rather have you safe!
